Managing infections in children has always been a challenging task due to constant changing patterns with reemergence and overlaps. Availability of newer diagnostic techniques have revolutionised the management of infections. The National ID chapter has planned to have the NCPID as a common platform to discuss the recent advances in Pediatric infections through workshops and lectures by reputed National and International faculty.

Greetings from the organizing committee of NCPID 2022, It is a great pleasure and proud privilege to hold the prestigious annual conference of Pediatric Infectious Diseases chapter of our mother organization IAP at Vellore. Vellore is a historical city, known for its famous forts and was the seat of the first sepoy mutiny. It is also prides itself of world famous institution known for its research and advances in medicine - Christian Medical College and the world famous VIT University.

It is a great pleasure to invite you all to Tamilnadu under my Chairmanship of the prestigious ID chapter of IAP.
